Meet Our Team

  • Bo Lindberg
    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Bo is a native Swede who came to the US in 2000. He graduated from My Heritage Massage School in Falls Church, VA in 2004.  He has seen many clients who have been athletes, chronic pain sufferers and of all ages. He especially loves working with our pediatric population. Bo is skilled in structural deep tissue and craniosacral massage. He is certified in pediatric massage. He loves getting patients back to optimal health!

  • Autumn McLendon
    Licensed Massage Therapist

    I trained at the National Massage Therapy Institute in Vienna, VA in 2011. I have worked in both the spa and therapeutic setting. I enjoy working with our pregnant patients and I specialize in deep tissue work. In my free time I spend time with my two children, camp, knit and crochet.  I look forward to seeing you soon!

    Michelle Kotkin, DICCP
    Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics
    'Dr. Michelle Kotkin made Winchester her home in 1995, establishing her clinical practice and her family here. Married and the mother of two, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New York at Albany in 1990, her graduate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1994, and her Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics in 2008. Dr. Kotkin is licensed in New York, South Carolina and Virginia, and chose the Shenandoah Valley as her home because of its beauty, wonderful people, and her love of the outdoors. Certifications: National Board Certifications parts I, II, III, and Physiotherapy, Webster Technique certification, Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics. Memberships: International Pediatric Chiropractic Association, Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Council of Pediatrics, Winchester Chamber of Commerce.'

    I joined Kotkin Chiropractic in 2018 as the Insurance Specialist and I look forward to assisting our patients with any billing concerns.  I have over 20 years experience in medical billing and practice management.  In my free time I enjoy being with my husband and grandchildren.

    'I am the new patient coordinator at Kotkin Chiropractic which allows me to personally get to know the new patients and assist Dr. Kotkin with her consultation, examination and x-rays. I have enjoyed the last 17 years working alongside Dr. Kotkin, helping her get our patients well.

    Michael Johnson
    Licensed Chiropractic Acupuncturist

    Dr. Michael Johnson is a native of Long Island, NY and did his undergraduate studies at Boston University (grad 1981). He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic (grad 1985). 

    He holds a fellowship and Diplomate in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (1999).

    Dr Johnson performs traditional needle acupuncture as well as electro-acupuncture, laser acupuncture, and cupping. He is looking forward to sharing his knowledge about pain syndromes, sports injuries, stress incontinence, prostate issues, headaches, allergies, sciatica, asthma, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee pain, shoulder issues and much more.
